Our spacious 1,200 sq. ft. photography studio in the warehouse is the perfect space for your creative projects. Designed with versatility and comfort in mind, this space offers the flexibility you need with the convenience of a private entrance and the comfort of air conditioning.

Features include:
Backdrop Stands: Conveniently set up for your seamless or custom backdrops.
Seamless Background Paper 107": white and fission gray. Should you desire additional colors beyond basic, these can be provided upon request for a small additional cost.
Posing Table with chair.
V-Flat and Floor fan.
Bathroom: A private and clean restroom for your convenience.
Makeup Area: A well-lit space for makeup and styling, ensuring your subjects look their best.
Seating area: Sofa, coffee table and coffee maker for hospitality.
Parking: Free onsite parking.

Optional Add-ons:
Strobe Lights, Light stands and Soft Boxes: Professional lighting equipment is available upon request for an additional cost, providing flexibility for your lighting needs.
White 24" umbrellas - $5 (each).
Apple boxes - $5.
Rosco Color gels - $10.
Atmosphere Aerosol Spray - $15.

Price: $50/hour
Minimum rent: 1 hour

Please note: Setup and cleanup time are included in the rental period and must be accounted for when booking the studio. Example: If the Renter books the studio from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, the studio must be vacated, clean, and restored to its original condition by 2:00 PM.

Cancellation Policy:
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable.
